| This salaried, full-time position of Human Resources & Operations Director is a member of the MCCS Management Team. This position leads the shaping of a positive workplace culture based on MCCs mission, values, and operating principles. The HR Director builds effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels. This role is responsible for all aspects of human resources for all MCC Saskatchewan office and thrift staff and oversight of the HR & Operations department within MCCS, including supervision of the HR & Operations team, which includes 3 staff. MCC is a charitable organization that partners with churches and community organizations worldwide. MCC supports activities that provide emergency response, reduce poverty, and promote healthy communities, sustainable living and alternatives to violence. MCC Saskatchewan pursues these same goals within the province through local programs and partnerships with churches, community organizations and thrift shops. |
