Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) Competencies - Communication skills - Organizational skills - Basic - Computer skills - Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to work independently Other Information - No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period.
