| Position #: 205887 Expected Start Date: April 14, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: Buffalo Narrows Health Centre City/Town: Buffalo Narrows Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Standby Hours of Work: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse C $45.830 to $56.140 Travel Required: No Job Description: We are currently looking for RN (AAP) licensure holding Primary Care Nurse with demonstrated ability to apply Additional Authorized Practice standards & competencies to diagnose & treat Limited Common Medical Disorders as identified in the Clinical Decision Tools. The practice involves working within the nursing program objectives, guidelines, and policies and procedures; building partnerships, completing community needs assessments; supporting inter-professional collaboration; and participating in continuous improvements through evaluative processes/projects.
