Using a cutting-edge way of delivering software and a modern tech stack, we're rebuilding our core Insurance applications with Guidewire InsuranceSuite. We are looking for a passionate Senior Guidewire Developer! As a Senior Developer, you will - Create high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables - Build and develop solutions and enhancements within Guidewire infrastructure - Advise on best practices for enhancements within guidewire - Have extensive expertise of the Guidewire platform to provide technical leadership and mentorship Required Qualifications - Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as IT. - Requires 3 - 5 years directly related experience in software development. - Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration would be an advantage. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Iterative, Agile). - Knowledge and skills in writing software languages such as C++, Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript or the GOSU programming language; operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux); and cloud and server architectures. - Knowledge of service-oriented design and best practices. - Knowledge of relational, big data and unstructured database architectures. - Knowledge of DevOps practices The position closes April 9, 2025 so submit your application online by 11:59 p.m. Saskatchewan time. |
