This position ensures that Casino guests enjoy exceptional customer service, memorable facilities, and quality, value priced dining, by supervising front-of-house staff and activities, ensuring that proper protocols are being followed in the delivery of all food and beverage items. Responsibilities include: Supervising Casino restaurant, bar, gaming floor, outlet and catering operations, where applicable, with particular attention to maintaining the highest levels of guest relations. Assisting department management with staffing and performance management. Communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff. Monitoring and verifying accuracy of staff cash handling. Revising staff schedules to meet operational needs and control costs. Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks. Designating, assigning, and overseeing work assignments and breaks in a fair and equitable manner. Following established production processes to ensure a high level of food quality and consistency. |
