Job Overview: Must Have Aerial Application Experience to apply and be willing to travel to remote location for entire contract. We are an Aerial Applicator and this position will be remote with extensive travel. be responsible to the Chief Pilot for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft dispatched from his/her base; be responsible to the Operations Manager for matters concerning administration at his/her base including invoicing, marketing, flight sheet returns and accounts payable; be responsible for the scheduling and assigning of duties to pilots at his/her base; be responsible for maintaining current pilot files on all permanent base pilots; maintain a close liaison with the PRM and base AME if so assigned to ensure maximum availability of the aircraft assigned to his/her base; and act as PIC (if a pilot) of company aircraft assuming all the duties expected and required of a PIC. Ensure all employment documents are sent to head office to be entered into the system in a timely manner Coordinate with head office to ensure all employment documents are complete and up to date Willing to learn new software Credit card reconciliations Coordinate with head office on base accounting and managing bill payments Coordinate with head office and manage invoicing Coordinate with head office on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding staff Coordinate head office on Sales and Marketing Liaise with Customers and suppliers Managing and monitoring company device usage Program cost analysis Health and Safety coordination Flight duty monitoring and recording Booking travel arrangements Provincial license renewals Employee Expense tracking Other administrative duties as required |
