Description

  The Western Development Museum (WDM) - North Battleford is accepting applications for a Rentals Coordinator. This position will coordinate rental activities at the WDM North Battleford to generate revenue in support of the WDMs mandate.

The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of outstanding rental services and supports WDM North Battleford fundraising activities and events. This position also undertakes special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for:
Processing bookings for all rental requests, completing rental contracts and liaising with clients and staff for set up and delivery of events.
Preparing sales invoices, tracks payments and responds to related inquiries. Undertaking collections on overdue accounts as necessary.
Ensuring liquor licensing requirements are followed. Order liquor and monitor inventory.
Ensuring all licensing and music copyright rules are followed and licensing fees are submitted.
Conducting site visits with prospective clients, showcasing the facilities and service options.
Coordinating local fundraising activities and events.
