| The Role You will work with a team of tradespeople to proactively maintain equipment helping the site to operate safely and efficiently. As a team member, you make data driven decisions, follow your processes and collaborate with others to make improvements as opportunities are identified. This is a 12-month temporary position. In this role, you will: -Perform predictive and preventative maintenance checks on a regular basis to ensure safe and reliable production -Install and maintain all measurement and control systems including DCS/PLC, flowmeters, pH transmitters, density gauges, pressure transmitters, level transmitters and online analyzers -Troubleshoot equipment failures and document repairs Required: -Grade 12 diploma or equivalent -Interprovincial red seal or Saskatchewan journeyperson industrial instrumentation certificate -Minimum three to five years of directly related work experience in an industrial or mine environment -Ability to work in a team environment -Work a rotation schedule and commute to site by aircraft Recommended: -Experience with FOXBORO DCSs and/or Modicon PLC systems -Experience with SAP -Experience with various instrumentation programming and configuration software Conditions of Employment: -Pre-employment substance test -Trade verification Cameco is proud to offer a competitive total reward package which includes: -Competitive compensation program with base and variable pay -Flexible health, drug, dental, and vision plan with a health spending and personal spending account -Fixed benefits including employee and dependant life, AD&D, disability benefits and paid vacation leave -Employee & Family Assistance Programs -RRSP and RPP matching program -Career development opportunities |
