The Robotic Welder is to weld and program assemblies on a robotic welder to ensure it meets the requirement of the companies ISO:9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Shift to be determined. The company operates on 3 shifts:
Monday to Thursday 6:45 am - 5:15 pm
Monday to Thursday 5:45 pm - 4:15 am
Friday to Sunday 6:00 am- 7:00 pm

Essential Job Functions
1. Weld and program assemblies designated for the robotic welder
2. Edit weld programs to improve efficiency and quality
3. Manual welding of inaccessible areas by robot
4. Proper handle and use of jigs safety and properly
5. Changing out the jigs/fixtures in the robot cell
6. Spot weld assemblies before robotic welder welds them
7. Cleaning welds and removal of splatter when weld is completed
8. Identifying weldment with assigned stamp
9. Follow through on First Part Checked procedure
