The Victims Services Branch is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work at the Victim/Witness Services office to provide comprehensive clerical support in North Battleford.
Our candidate of choice will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen sense for detail. As administrative support, you will type correspondence, reports and ministerial referrals; coordinate meetings as required; plan, schedule and co-ordinate travel and logistics for meetings and other events and photocopy and file documents. Accuracy and confidentiality in all that you do is a must in this position.
Using exceptional client service skills, you will greet walk-in clients and telephone callers, providing them with accurate information in a professional and respectful manner ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
You must be a creative and principled individual who enjoys using your advanced administrative skills. As the successful candidate, you must have the demonstrated ability to use a wide variety of computer applications and knowledge and skills related to office and administrative procedures and protocols, including the ability to interact with colleagues and challenging clients with diplomacy and integrity.
