Facility: St Pauls Hospital
Job Description: Reporting to the manager of Interprofessional Practice, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients.  This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care.  The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Accredited Dietetic Internship
Registered or eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Experience
Experience as a staff dietitian is preferred.  Experience in nutrition support will be considered an asset.
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Expected Start Date: December 3, 2018
Expected Up To Date: November 4, 2019
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Weekends, On Call
In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
