Progressive wholesale floral warehouse requires a Full time in-house Customer Service Representative to be a valuable member of our Supply Department in our Saskatoon location. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and will possess excellent communication skills. A sales background and customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of the floral industry is an asset but not a requisite. Duties include managing your own assigned customers. You will be responsible for contacting Customers on a regular basis - taking, filling orders, invoicing and follow up.
We work as a team and expectations will be assisting other CSRs;understanding of Department processes & procedures.
This is a Full time position Monday thru Friday. Candidates must be physically fit as frequent lifting is required; seasonal overtime is required. A competitive compensation package with excellent benefits is included. Salary is commensurate with experience
