What You'll Do:
As the right-hand human to our Director of Finance and Administration, youll:
Keep us financially fierce Process A/P and A/R in Sage 50, handle donations like a pro in Raisers Edge, and make sure our books stay squeaky clean.
Stay organized like a champ Maintain immaculate records, track payroll and inventory, and keep supplies stocked like a backstage boss.
Be the friendly face (and voice) Greet visitors, answer phones, and deliver pawsitive vibes while helping staff, volunteers, and the public.
Be the behind-the-scenes hero Reconcile statements, prep mail, manage calendars, and support events and day-to-day admin wizardry.
What You Bring to the Table:
1+ year of hands-on experience in finance, admin, or accounting
Skilled with Microsoft Office, Sage 50, and digital organization
A customer service pro who can stay cool, calm, and collaborative
Meticulous attention to detail - because every cent (and second) counts
A heart for animals and a mind for process
