What You'll Be Doing
Installing windows and doors with precision and pride
Communicating with homeowners to set clear expectations and timeline's
Picking up and prepping materials needed for daily jobs
Working at heights and handling heavy lifting
Representing our company with professionalism and a great attitude

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Clean criminal record check
A reliable team player who's self-motivated and organized
Resilient and ready to work in a two-person crew - this job isn't a solo act!
