The Role
Camecos supply chain management (SCM) department is seeking a dynamic and results-driven manager, enablement within our supply chain department. This role focuses on continuous improvement and technology implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Our value-driven company thrives in a growth market, supported by a dynamic team culture. As a key member of the supply chain team, the manager, enablement will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, BTS, and process owners to standardize and automate supply chain workflows, improve end-to-end supply chain visibility, and leverage technology to achieve business goals.
In this role, you will:
-Drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of SAP S4 ERP within the supply chain department, ensuring the system is configured to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
-Develop training programs and documentation to ensure end users are proficient in SAP S4 processes and functionality
-Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to evaluate and implement new technological solutions that support supply chain operations
-Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain process standardization and technology initiatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the broader supply chain team
-Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of enablement initiatives and driving accountability across departments
-Promote a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving within the supply chain team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
-Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and change management
-Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology initiatives
