Description

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is looking for a part time maintenance helper. Must be able to work independently. Must be knowledgeable and can perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, room furnishings, lighting fixtures, repairing room equipment, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and painting tasks, flooring repairs; from interior and exterior areas of the building.

Must take care of customer requests via the front desk such as taking supplies to guest rooms and complete other tasks assigned.  Must have a customer service attitude.  Be willing to help guests with luggage if required.  

Applicant must have a flexible schedule and must be available to work varied shifts and must be available on weekends, including holidays.
