Key Auto Group is accepting resumes for the full-time Accounts Payable Clerk position. We are seeking a highly-organized individual to process payable transactions, liaise with suppliers and provide administrative support to our Accounting Team.

WHAT YOU OFFER (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies):
The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk possesses:
*Previous experience in accounts payable or administrative support is an asset
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team

WHAT YOU DO (Duties & Responsibilities):
Accounts Payable:
  *Processing and managing accounts payable transactions for Key Auto Group
  *Ensuring supplier payments and account reconciliations
  *Liaising with vendors and internal departments for payment-related inquiries
Administrative Support:
  *Provide backup for payroll design and delivery as needed
  *Assist with morning cash backup
  *Complete remittances
  *Maintain office supply accounts, including ordering office supplies, paper, and toner
Service & Supplier Coordination:
  *Handling service supplier calls
  *Addressing office supply needs in a timely manner

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Accounts Payable Clerk position involves frequent use of computers and keyboards and the ability to sit at a desk for much of the workday. Staff are encouraged to take breaks to maintain physical wellness.
