Join our Regina team as a General Manager of Real Estate Management Services (REMS).

The General Manager oversees Reginas property management division, leading the team in providing exceptional client service. This role drives business strategy execution by collaborating across teams to maintain a high level of operational efficiency and success. A key function of the role is to actively seek out and pursue business development opportunities to support growth targets in the REMS division.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee management of Regina portfolio, including retail, office, industrial and residential (condominium and rental) properties.
- Deliver exceptional client service through a high-performing, engaged team and industry-leading platform.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop the team to achieve individual, client and organizational goals.
- Promote Colliers services in the market and manage business development efforts, including close collaboration with other service lines.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative ways to adapt the business to evolving client and market needs.
- Lead the business with integrity to protect and enhance the Colliers brand and reputation in the market.

What you bring:
- 5+ years of management experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership, team-building, and relationship-management skills with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Experience developing adaptable systems, processes, or teams to drive efficiency.
- Professional, reliable, flexible and a positive role model for others.
- Licensed with the Saskatchewan Real Estate commission or willingness to obtain.
- Bachelors degree in business, property management accreditation (e.g. RPA, CPM), Yardi Voyager experience, and familiarity with the Regina commercial real estate market are considered assets but not required for the role.
