Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan is hiring a summer Volunteer Program Coordinator to help design and launch a structured volunteer program aligned with national standards. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain valuable experience in program development, project coordination, and nonprofit operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop volunteer program materials, policies, and handbooks
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
- Create and deliver training sessions and orientation resources
- Manage volunteer data systems and maintain confidentiality
- Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events
- Work cross-functionally with departments to align volunteer roles
- Evaluate program performance and suggest improvements

What Were Looking For:
- A post-secondary student in community development, communications, social sciences, or similar
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with data systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools
- Experience with volunteering or event planning is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and mission-driven
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory criminal record check may be required

This full-time summer position is in-office, with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
