Description

The Part-Time Housing Data Entry Support Worker will play a key role in supporting the Housing Matter Program by managing data entry, statistical tracking, and HIFIS (Homeless Individuals and Families Information System) uploading. This position ensures that all relevant data is collected, entered, and maintained accurately, contributing to the success of the program and the mission of the Circle Project. The Data Entry Support Worker will assist with intake documentation, assessments, and creating statistical reports to help track the progress of the program while maintaining accurate data for client intakes, assessments, and other program-related information in HIFIS.
Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Office Administration, Data Management, Social Services, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in data entry, statistics, or information management, preferably in a social services or housing context.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel), and databases.
Knowledge of the HIFIS system is highly desirable, or the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy when entering and processing data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
Minimum of two years combined knowledge and/or experience in working with individuals and families and the Indigenous Community.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Must hold valid drivers license and have reliable vehicle.
