What Youll Do:
* Strategic HR and Team Leadership:Develop and execute HR strategies, policies and programs that support organizational goals and promote a culture of excellence.
* Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversees and holds accountability for the organization's recruitment, staffing, and retention strategies, ensuring the development and execution of effective approaches to attract and retain top talent.
* Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, ensure concerns are addressed, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
* Safety: Responsible for implementation and maintenance of a safety system in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Compensation and Benefits:Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
* Performance Management:Provide oversight and strategic direction for the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes.
* Legal Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Data Analysis:Provide leadership and guidance on the analysis of HR data to identify trends and opportunities
