Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism.
Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Support client onboarding, including Online Access and DocuSign setup.
Maintain and update client records, meeting notes, and documentation.
Generate reports, investment summaries, and client presentations.
Draft correspondence and manage communications on behalf of Consultants.
Liaise with tech support to resolve system or software issues.
Assist with social media updates and digital engagement strategies.
Support financial planning updates and manage relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
Financial industry experience and IFIC certification are assets.
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new financial software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-first approach.
Comfortable interacting with organizations such as CPA Sask. and CRA.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
