The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Interest and career goal of working with at-risk youth
Strong classroom management skills and success in teaching students of diverse abilities
Use motivational skills and strategies to encourage students to learn and engage
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to instruct and educate students
Use assessments and tools to find student gaps and supports
Possess computer skills and can work with multiple types of computers, technology, and software programs (PowerPoint, Google Classroom, Microsoft 365)

Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening
