We are looking for a candidate who:
Has at least 2 years of hands-on kitchen experience
Has completed a Food Safety Certification course
Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Is committed to following all company policies and procedures
Is flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare entrees according to established recipes and standards
Develop and implement meal plans as required
Prepare daily soups with attention to quality and consistency
Assist with banquet and event food preparation
Maintain general cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of the kitchen
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Manager
