This is a fantastic opportunity to be a first point of contact with customers & be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service through selling/receiving/delivering parts and accessories. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. This shift is new to the location & might include 4/10 Fri-Mon days/evening/weekend.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Assist all customers with locating parts/placing orders
-Suggest additional items as needed
-Tidying/stocking
-Receive/count inventory
-Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
-Participate in training/development

Requirements
-Excellent communication skills
-Ag parts/machinery knowledge
-Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
-Experience working with software systems
-Ability to lift heavy parts
-Valid drivers license
-Work flexible/extended hours & weekends
-Farming background/experience an asset
-2+ yrs experience in a Parts role
-Red Seal in Parts an asset
