In consultation with the Executive Director, the mental health support worker will assist with various administrative duties and provide office support as needed to other staff. They will assist individuals who walk in or phone into the office seeking assistance, information, or support. They will assist in fundraising activities like silent auction, volunteer coordination, and event setup. They will be heavily involved in the Society's Partnership Program with a variety of tasks including learning to facilitate the program as an advocate speaker, booking presentations, and utilizing technology to reach northern and rural locations. When possible they will also assist our Peer Support workers with the various programs we offer like Family Recovery Journey, Your Recovery Journey with WRAP, and online support groups.
