The Business Growth Program Coordinator plays a critical role in driving business growth, retention, and collaboration across the Greater Regina Area (GRA) for Economic Development Regina. Reporting to the Manager, Entrepreneurship & Emerging Sectors and/or the President & CEO, this position is responsible for coordinating key programs that support business expansion while fostering strong relationships with businesses, stakeholders, and industry associations. This is a high-energy role focused on business engagement, program execution, and program administration to ensure EDRs programs are effectively delivered, specifically assisting second-stage companies in scaling their operations within the GRA.
