DUTIES
Must adhere to confidentiality code.
Provide reception, registration, and clerical services.
Register clients, update profile information, maintain schedules, and follow procedures for clients and provide instruction when necessary.
Coordinate patient transportation for clients residing on Muskoday First Nation that require medical rides to appointments off the reserve.
Address the medical needs through the Non-Insured Health Benefits Program with First Nation Inuit Health Branch.
Submit monthly reports to FNIHB.
Make referrals to outside agencies.
Perform general office duties and clerical duties filing, faxing, typing, photocopying, answering front desk phones, message taking, etc.
Work and support methadone van driver and clients with policies and concerns.
Other duties that may be identified by the Health Director.
EDUCATION
Must have Office Computer Program experience with Microsoft office programs teams, calendars, and email.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
Knowledge and understanding of First Nation Non-Insured Health Benefits Program.
Knowledge of Patient Transportation Policies and Guidelines would be an asset.
Mature, responsible, punctual and self-motivated.
