Description

Position Overview:
The Car Wash Attendant/Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Suds Zone, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves assisting other staff, maintaining equipment, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Ensure customers receive high-quality service.
Operations: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring that the car wash runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain car wash equipment. Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance as needed.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure that customers are following car wash rules.
Financial Responsibilities:
     o Entering transactions in the point of sale.
     o Opening/closing of the store through the point of sale system.
     o Entering account invoices in Quick Books weekly and sending
statements monthly.
     o Calculating and entering weekly deposits and taking to the bank.
This position does include some office work so 4 days will be spent on the floor attending the car wash and 1 day a week will be spent doing office administration.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar retail role is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and Quick Books and as well as being comfortable learning new systems.
