We are looking for Hearing Aid Practitioners who are passionate about delivering a personalized, best-in-class customer experience to people who need hearing care. As a Hearing Care Professional, you change lives by empowering people to rediscover sounds' emotions. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care demonstrated by executing the following responsibilities:

    Guide clients through comprehensive hearing tests and interpret test results to select suitable hearing aid solutions
    Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
    Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support
    Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
    Complete audiological assessments
    Assistive Listening Device recommendations
    Hearing instrument evaluations
    Hearing instrument fittings and dispensing
    Regular client follow-up and hearing instrument rechecks
