Hein Financial Group, Assante Financial Management Ltd. is a 60-year local financial advisory office, dedicated to helping clients through a tailored and integrated wealth management approach. We are very focused on what we do, and are looking for a hard-working, professional, and personable individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of Executive Assistant
-    Office Administration and Reception services
-    Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-    Respond to general inquiries and manage client relationships
-    Manage telephone calls, arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments
-    Order entry of trades and data, compiling reports, and completing mass-mailers
-    Format and produce documents (proposals, presentations, and reports)
-    Oversee marketing strategies, social media accounts and client-engagement events
-    Assist with planning events and workshops
-    This position reports directly to three Financial Planners

Qualifications
-    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet provided deadlines
-    Highly motivated, responsible, confident, well-groomed and can take the initiative
-    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creativity
-    Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
-    Strong organizational skills, able to help others be organized
-    Excellent computer skills required: experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, CRM database, Internet is an asset
-    Comfortable with digital marketing and social media is an asset
