The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Help IA/PES clients with resume writing
Help clients apply for identification cards and S.I.N.
Facilitate small group or individual budget training
Monitor attendance for clients in Adult 10, Adult 12 and Adult Basic Education
Assist the PES Case Workers
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate
Minimum of one-year experience in Office Administration or Business Administration
Experience using technology and data base systems effectively
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have reliable vehicle and a Class 5 Drivers License
Must be able to provide a satisfactory; Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, ands SGI Drivers Abstract
