In this role you will assist/support Parts Dept functions for the assigned region, enabling our employees to deliver exceptional service. Your work will help improve communications, share best practices, & enhance functions of the teams. Responsibilities
-Assist Parts Mgr with daily functions
-Implement strategic plans
-Collaborate with Corporate team to build/document procedures
-Utilize reporting tools to analyze strengths/challenges
-Coordinate large orders for the company
-Mentor/train Parts employees
-Work with Marketing to build Parts Dept promotional programs/advertising
-Build/maintain relationships with vendors

Requirements
-3+ yrs experience managing parts ops
-Parts Mgmt Tech cert/combination of exp/education may be considered
-Strong interpersonal/communication skills
-Experience leading/motivating others
-Strong ability to utilize desktop & internet apps
-Valid drivers license, ability to travel
-Ability to work flexible/extended hours, weekends, holidays if needed
