Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Medical Administrator - Results Coordinator - to join our team. The Results Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the receipt of faxes assigning and prioritizing faxes as they come in and ensuring failed faxes are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks of the incoming faxes.
Assigning results to patients and providers as needed.
Detail oriented
Great at multitasking
Maintaining confidentiality with patients medical records
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare administration or medical office is ideal
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical billing software.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
