-In a consultancy role, work with all managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures
-Maintain staffing by recruiting and assisting in interviews and counselling managers on candidate selection
-Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
-Maintain employee records by designing effective personnel filing system to include hiring information, promotions, transfers, evaluations and terminations
-Develop and update job descriptions, advertisements and interview questions as needed
