Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Landscaping)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (30 hours/week, position can be made permanent)

We are a growing landscaping company in Saskatoon, offering products like soil, mulches, gravel, hydro seeding, and more. We're looking for a friendly, professional Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and help them with their needs or direct them to the right person.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Balance working on a computer and talking to customers while staying accurate and focused.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers, including rental rates and payment schedules.
- Create and manage invoices, including monthly progress and change order invoices.
- Keep track of petty cash for our onsite construction team.
- Collect, code, and submit company credit card reports.
- Schedule meetings and events for team members and clients.
- Help prepare marketing materials and educational programs.
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized.
- Perform general housekeeping and other administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of office administration experience is preferred.
- Must be familiar with or know how to use QuickBooks.
- Strong skills in MS Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
