Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and vendor relationships. Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office operations
-Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and --expense tracking.
-Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
-Develop training materials and assist in training new staff members.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and provide excellent phone etiquette.
Experience:
-Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
-Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners.
