Responsible for the day-to-day execution of general administration. Including achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, policies, quality, and timeliness of work assignments directed by team leaders. 1. Provide a positive, professional approach and attitude.
Provide leadership to the finance team, including recruitment, development and performance management
2. Ensures outstanding, courteous customer service is provided at all times.
3. Key and process all accounts payable, including manual cheques, system cheques, electronic fund transfer payments.
4. Assist Controller & office personnel with various period, month-end, and year-end processes, reconciliations, reports, and data entry.
5. Maintain membership information, process equities, and perform various office duties.
