Position required for Receptionist/Secretary/ for a busy Engineering Firm. As a key member of the office you will be required to greet and direct customers/clientele. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for accounts receivable, receive and sort incoming correspondence, answer telephones, direct callers, prepare/file routine correspondence and reports, and assist other staff with typing reports specifications, proposals and transmittal's. Bank deposits, petty cash , invoicing and procurements, coordinate office events, trouble shoot printers and phones, support of our staff professions. General office duties, scanning, filing, photocopying. Experience with construction industry would be an asset.
Terms Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Ability to multi task on a variety of projects and responsibilities

Pleasant phone manner
Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe and Simply Accounting/SAGE a requirement.
Office administration or course required.
Clean Drivers Abstract and personal vehicle for doing runs.
Must be bondable
Strong personal References
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Position to start Monday May 12, 2025 with 5 days in person training. Position is 12 month term.
Education: Secretarial or Office Course
