The Team Lead is a leadership role designed to ensure that programs run smoothly, volunteers are effectively recruited and scheduled. All necessary resources are available to sustain and enhance event impact.
With focus on leadership, organization and community engagement. The Team Lead will work to maintain and improve existing initiatives, ensuring they align with the BAS mission. They will also play a key role in community collaboration, resource management and program evaluation, working along side the Directors to strengthen the organizations efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with volunteers and board members. A strong understanding of the community. Proven ability to lead, manage projects and build partnerships. Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communications and relationship building skills.
Must be bondable
Requirements
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic office
Familiar with Sage 50 software
Excellent organizational and communications skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education
Some post secondary in business administration would be an asset
