What you will do:
Ensure products meet CSA and industry quality standards.
Label precast concrete products according to specifications.
Grind concrete surfaces to meet finish requirements.
Install manhole steps and other embedded components.
Repair air voids, surface defects, or minor damage in precast elements.
Use hand tools, grinders, and patching materials.
Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
Utilize critical thinking skills to streamline processes and employ innovative technological solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Support a culture of safety by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. This includes communicating potential hazards to the appropriate personnel, participating in safety checks, and utilizing provided safety training.
