Description

The postion requires a reliable conscientious person capable of providing quality care for seniors, while providing a safe and comfortable home-like environment.  Includes working 2 OR 3 -12 hour shifts per week.  Personal Care Homes are governed by Sask. Health's operations procedures.  Previous experience working with seniors and having the mandatory certificates.
Must have the ability to make choices, decisions and act in the residents and managements best ineterest. The ability to provide leadership to residents and fellow staff members, maintaining a positive role model for all staff.
Salary commensurate with experience.
