Schedule events, programs and activities; Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes; Oversees payroll-related payments and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Co-ordinate, assign and review work; Arrange for maintenance and repair work; Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments; Performs and oversees payroll reconciliations, prepare period-end reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, and audits to ensure accuracy; Develop and implement payroll policies and ensure adherence to company procedures; Supervises the payroll team, assigning tasks, providing training, and resolving issues.
