Receptionist (aka Bin Boss & Office Coordinator) - More Than Just Answering Phones!
This isn't your typical reception job. Yes, you'll be answering phones - but you'll also be the first friendly face that greets visitors and keeps our office running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organized, and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, keep reading!
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
~ Welcoming visitors and making great first impressions
~ Answering the phone and directing calls like a pro
~ Keeping track of bin inventory (because bins don't keep track of themselves!)
~ Taking and scheduling bin orders, deliveries, removals, and seasonal rentals
~ Coordinating bin repairs and call-in bin tips & switches
~ Taking payments (credit, debit, cash) and selling Tag-A-Bag tags
~ Handling service agreements and pricing quotes
What We're Looking For:
~ Someone sharp, organized, and quick on their feet
~ A multitasker who can handle a high-energy environment
~ A problem solver who keeps things running smoothly
~ Friendly, but firm - someone who can balance great customer service with efficiency
