About Us
We are a family owned trucking company based out of Vanguard, Saskatchewan. We operate in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, BC and northwest USA. Our fleet specializes in dry bulk, liquid fertilizer, certified organics, certified seed, and custom grain hauling.

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of orders. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, dispatching orders to operators, and responding to changes in scheduling. You will be required to establish and maintain good working relationships with other office staff, operators, business partners, and farmers.

Responsibilities
-Work efficiently in a team environment to dispatch the orders to operators
-Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information, sometimes after hours
-Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
-Monitor the routes and status of operators to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
-Provide operators with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
-Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
-Establish and maintain good working relationships with other office staff, operators, other companies, and farmers

Skills and Qualifications
-Proficient to advanced computer skills
-Fluent in English (oral and written)
-Previous experience with trucking industry preferred
-Advanced communication skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Secondary education in supply chain management preferred
-Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word and Excel, and GSuite
