Description

Summer Recreation Programmer is responsible for development and implementation of all summer programs and services provided by Foam Lake Leisure Services  under the supervision of the Leisure Services Director.

The Summer Recreation Programmers duties include but are certainly not limited to: Following established budget for summer programming as set forth by the Town of Foam Lake, staff and volunteer supervision, planning, promotion, facilitation, evaluation of summer events and programs in Foam Lake, inspections and minor maintenance of Foam Lakes recreational facilities, supervision of participants in summer programs and other duties as outlined by the Leisure Services Director.

Candidates must show Foam Lake Pride, be enthusiastic, organized and possess a strong work ethic. Applicants must provide Criminal Record Check (including vulnerable persons section), Drivers Abstract and First Aid Certification.

Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, June through August, with some evening and weekend work for special events.

Rate of Pay as per TFL Policy #09-2024  $16.50 per hour
