Description

The Data Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records to support the operations of Muskeg Lake Cree Nations post-secondary program. This role involves data entry, record-keeping, reporting, and administrative support to ensure the programs efficiency and effectiveness. The Data Clerk will work closely with the Manager of Post Secondary to manage information related to student enrollment, program activities, and performance metrics.  The Data Clerk term is six(6) months.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Accurately enter and update student records, program data, and other relevant information into databases and tracking systems;
    Ensure data integrity, completeness, and confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and privacy regulations;
    Generate reports, spreadsheets, and summaries to support program evaluation and decision-making;
    Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document filing, and correspondence;
    Work collaboratively with program staff to track student progress and participation;
    Support data collection efforts related to program performance, funding requirements, and student success outcomes;
    Maintain and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of program records;
    Respond to inquiries regarding program data and assist with compiling information for internal and external reporting;
    Other assigned duties from the Post secondary Manager as required.
