Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Clerk in the Petroleum Department in our Home Centre located in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Perform administrative duties including weekly reconciliations and inputting pricing
Managing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Responsible for using MI9 and Tronia systems to complete invoices and transfer product
Responsible for assisting in inventory processes
Assist in completion of Health and Safety documents
Collaborate with third party support services to diagnose software and hardware concerns in petroleum trucks
Responsible for loading, unloading and delivery of oil and Ag products as needed
Warehousing and receiving of products for the department
Dispatching duties
Other duties as assigned

Have a valid Class 5 Drivers license
