Description

What youll do:
Working closely with the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
    You will contribute to providing leadership in Human Resource Advisory Services in a diverse number of areas such as: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Performance Management, Training and Development, Investigations, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards.
    You will be required to excel in all areas of advising, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, positivity, and reliability.
    Leading talent acquisition processes including creating job offers/job postings, determining/implementing recruitment strategies, screening applicants, and advising best practices on interviews.
    You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation.
    You will provide support for succession planning for the Beeland, Carrot River & Parkland Co-op.
    You will provide support for compensation & benefits, health & safety, employee wellness, attendance management, diversity & inclusion, and job profile maintenance.
    You are required to have knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Standards.
    Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are passionate about a career in the Human Resources and:
    You have completed a bachelor or diploma in Human Resources or Business-related field.
    You have 1-3 years of experience in providing advisory services in the areas of Human Resources, Total Rewards, or related areas.
    You manage complexity and are detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
    High level of professionalism.
    You are action oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    You have strong interpersonal savvy skills, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
    You are willing to be involved in the community.
    You take accountability and can work under minimal supervision.
