Description

C.A.M.P. (Confidence, Acceptance, Motivation, and Power) is an innovative and transformative program that aims to foster personal growth, leadership, and community among youth. Through engaging activities, inspiring guest speakers, and inclusive mentorship, C.A.M.P. empowers participants to develop confidence, build connections,and unlock their full potential.

o Serve as a mentor and role model for program participants, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment.
o Build strong, trusting relationships with youth to encourage participation, leadership, and personal growth.
o Facilitate group discussions, team-building exercises, and reflective activities that align with the themes of Confidence, Acceptance, Motivation, and Power.
o Encourage youth to set goals, express themselves, and develop their unique strengths.
o Support participants in overcoming personal challenges and building
resilience.
o Lead engaging activities, workshops, and discussions that promote skill building, self-awareness, and community connections.
o Work with guest speakers and activity leaders to deliver impactful and interactive content.
o Facilitate the provision of healthy snacks and meals that promote youth wellness and energy.
o Provide one-on-one support and mentorship as needed to help youth
navigate personal growth and program experiences.
o Document participant progress, feedback, and overall engagement during activities and discussions.
o Collect insights from youth to inform future improvements to program
delivery.
o Assist in preparing reports on program outcomes for leadership and
stakeholders.
